Are you passionate about working with people and technology? We are hiring immediately for a Store Technical Service Supervisor, also known as an In Store Services Team Lead. In this role, you will lead, develop, and support the In Store Services team to create an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll do:

1. Teach and inspire your team to provide excellent customer service through electronic product diagnosis, testing, and repair.
2. Provide customers with information and expert advice on Best Buy products and services.
3. Perform repairs, upgrades, and related services.
4. Cultivate an inclusive team environment and promote continuous learning.
5. Oversee store KPIs such as revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, and safety, while maintaining profitability.

What we’re looking for:

1. At least 2 years of experience leading a retail team of three or more associates.
2. Over 3 years of experience testing consumer electronics in a service centre environment.
3. Enthusiasm for supporting and assisting customers.
4. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. A commitment to maintaining a safe and enjoyable workplace.
