Job summary

Wild Fork is seeking a Team Leader in Newmarket, Ontario to support store leadership by overseeing daily operations and guiding a team to meet store objectives. You will delegate tasks, monitor performance, and foster collaboration while delivering a Personal Chef experience to guests.

You will train sales leaders and promote a productive, customer-centric environment. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant settings, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in a diverse environment.
• Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best in class customer service to all guests.
• Lead training and onboarding for new joiners with structured programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to schedule shadowing and training for new hires.
• Manage daily store operations including sales processes and inventory.
• Monitor KPIs and store performance and support leadership in achieving goals.
• Provide leadership presence and motivate Sales Leaders to perform their best.
