Job summary

Wild Fork is seeking a Team Leader in Oakville to oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, monitor team performance, and drive store objectives. You will support store leadership and foster collaboration while delivering a Personal Chef experience to guests and training sales leaders to do the same.

You will train new joiners, lead on-the-job coaching, and partner with leadership to implement local marketing and achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to engage with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service and brand experience to all customers.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, coaching Sales Leaders and sharing product knowledge.
• Lead on-the-job training for new joiners, ensuring onboarding and continuous development.
• Collaborate with leadership to schedule shadowing and training for new joiners (2 weeks).
• Monitor KPIs, inventory, and store operations; support leadership in achieving store goals.
