Job summary

VF Corporation, The North Face store in Ontario, invites applications for a Supervisor who will support the Store Manager, coach associates, and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will lead by example, manage daily store operations, and ensure merchandising standards align with brand expectations.

We seek candidates with 1+ years in retail leadership, strong communication, and a track record of achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weight.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement and drive store profitability.
• Coach and develop associates to achieve sales and productivity goals.
• Supervise opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock replenishment per brand standards.
• Promote community engagement and uphold safety procedures.
