Job summary

Vessi is seeking a Store Manager for the Metrotown location in Burnaby, BC. The role focuses on efficient store operations, team leadership, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in‑store.

You will drive sales, monitor KPIs, train staff on products and SOPs, and maintain a welcoming store environment aligned with our brand values. Flexible hours are required; prior retail management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail management or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great attention to detail; strong decision making and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Store operations: opening/closing, cash wrap, inventory, loss prevention, IT systems (POS), health & safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized store appearance and manage footwear drying and fixtures.
• Deliver retail training to sales associates and ensure product knowledge and SOP compliance.
• Lead, engage, and coach the team; foster a strong store culture and recognize staff.
