BC Liquor Distribution Branch (BCLDB) in Cranbrook is seeking a Supervisory role to manage a major retail operation. You will supervise staff, drive customer service excellence, and contribute to achieving sales goals across shifts.

Candidates with six months of supervisory experience in retail or hospitality will excel. You may be involved in training, scheduling, and labour-relations matters as part of a dynamic team.

Formación

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent certificate.
• Minimum six months of supervisory experience in retail or hospitality.
• Recent experience (past five years) including driving sales and store presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff and maintain good staff morale.
• Ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
