Job summary

Giant Tiger in Whitby, Ontario is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily department operations and maintain excellent customer service. You will manage inventory, train associates, and ensure policy compliance while driving sales through effective merchandising and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team and motivate staff.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• 1–3 years retail management or keyholder experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned departments.
• Ensure high level of customer service and resolve complaints.
• Train and communicate policies to department associates daily.
• Handle merchandising, pricing, and signage, including RF unit use.
• Complete ordering and replenishment of merchandise and participate in inventory management.
