Job summary

Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada is seeking a Store Supervisor for SuperThrift in a faith-based ministry. You will lead store staff, students, and volunteers, manage inventory, and ensure a welcoming, well-organized shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Retail or thrift experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer apps.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff, students and volunteers to maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling and store cleanliness.
• Deliver courteous customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Assist with donation intake, pricing and display to maximize sales.
• Handle daily sales reporting and pricing accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and local regulations.
• Integrate the ministry's mission into daily store operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
