Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store staff, students and volunteers.
• Oversee daily store operations and staffing levels.
• Drive sales, meet production and performance targets.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and banking procedures.
• Maintain merchandising standards and inventory accuracy.
• Manage donations intake, pricing and product displays.
• Ensure policy compliance and a safe, compliant work environment.
• Collaborate with management on budgets and reporting.
• Deliver excellent customer service and donor relations.
