Permanent, full‑time; 40 hours per week; $24.25 per hour.

Standard 8‑hour shifts scheduled between 8 am and 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule day‑to‑day production activities.
• Draw up production schedules.
• Handle daily operations of the bakery department, including budgeting.
• Prepare production and other reports.
• Train workers to perform and follow job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain records of stock, sales, wastage and resolve customer issues.
• Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
