This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of service, and supporting the store management team. You will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory flow, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of retail associates, ensuring efficient task delegation and performance.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and customer service.
• Manage inventory receiving, stocking, and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations within the store.
