Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Specialist for the Square One location in Mississauga, Ontario. The role supports store operations, customer service, point-of-sale activities, and order fulfillment to deliver a strong client experience and meet store standards.

The successful candidate will work across operations and logistics, handling transactions, cash, and inventory tasks while contributing to training and loss-prevention efforts. This is a full-time role at the Square One store.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing service desk role.
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and apply policies and procedures.
• Retail experience in shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment, or inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, resolve customer issues, and support relationship-based selling.
• Process transactions, manage cash handling, and ensure compliance with POS and loss-prevention policies.
• Support order picking, fulfillment, BOPIS, packaging, and logistics targets.
• Assist with training, inventory counts, markdowns, reticketing, and daily operational tasks.
