Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Montréal seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support operational projects for new store openings, renovations, relocations and closures. You will travel to diverse locations to ensure corporate standards and policies are followed and provide guidance to field teams.

You will serve as the main operations contact for cross-functional partners, organize calls, manage post-project activities, and help optimize processes within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership position in retail and/or as a project lead.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various locations to ensure corporate standards and policies are followed throughout assigned projects.
• Provide support to field teams during store openings, renovations, relocations, and closures, including managing schedules, staffing, events, and tools.
• Act as gatekeeper of corporate standards and policies for assigned projects.
• Serve as main operational point of contact for cross-functional partners.
• Organize and lead calls with cross-functional partners before, during, and after projects.
• Coordinate tasks and deadlines with cross-functional partners to ensure project success.
• Manage post-project operations for openings, renovations, relocations, closures.
