Store Manager Responsibilities

The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. They oversee and are accountable for store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources, merchandising, and inventory management, all in accordance with company policies and procedures.

The minimum age requirement for a Store Manager is 21. The physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours. Prior retail management experience is required.
