Job summary

PUMA Canada, Inc. is seeking a motivated Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Niagara-on-the-Lake store. You will support sales, service, and daily operations while upholding PUMA's brand values.

Responsibilities include driving sales, assisting management with scheduling, inventory, and payroll considerations, and maintaining a safe, welcoming shopping environment. The role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a focused, customer service retail environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience in-store according to brand values.
• Help store achieve sales, KPI, and profitability goals through planning and scheduling.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Support payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maximize profitability and service.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to store leadership.
• Achieve inventory and shrink targets and manage counts.
• Handle incoming/outgoing merchandise and maintain store policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working/shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
