Salary: $37.50 hourly / 30 to 35 hours per week

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: 5 years or more

On Site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks:

1. Direct and control daily operations
2. Evaluate daily operations
3. Plan and organize daily operations
4. Manage staff and assign duties
5. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and effect of competitors’ operations on sales
6. Determine merchandise and services to be sold
7. Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
8. Develop and implement marketing strategies
9. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
10. Determine staffing requirements
11. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
12. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
13. Oversee payroll administration
