Job summary

JobsMedia.io is seeking an experienced retail supervisor to oversee daily operations across electronic and toy stores. The role focuses on staff management, merchandising decisions, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will plan and direct operations, recruit and supervise staff, and ensure tasks meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Evening, day, and weekend shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in retail management.
• Experience recruiting, hiring and supervising staff/volunteers.
• Ability to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high attention to detail.
