Job summary

JobsMedia.io in Montreal, QC seeks an experienced supervisor to lead staff, assign duties and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will determine merchandise and services to be sold, manage staffing needs, resolve customer requests and shortages, and maintain high standards of accuracy and service. Bilingual in English and French preferred; 37.5 hours per week, permanent position, day/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail supervision experience.
• Must be able to work in a bilingual environment.
