Job summary

solis optics, a division of FYihealth group, seeks a Store Manager/Optician in Vancouver to drive operational excellence and customer focus. You will empower staff, optimize store performance, and deliver a meaningful impact on customers’ lives.

The role is full-time, 30–40 hours weekly, with a Monday–Saturday schedule and ongoing development opportunities. Competitive wages and industry benefits accompany growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Registered Optician in British Columbia is required.
• College degree or equivalent experience accepted.
• 2–4 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Customer service and retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of optical theory is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Coach and mentor team members to develop skills and performance.
• Collaborate with the Regional Coach to drive store success.
• Lead marketing initiatives and strengthen the brand.
• Perform frame measurements and assist with fittings and repairs.
• Support store operations and other duties as required.
