As a Store Manager, you will report to the District Manager and lead the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. Your responsibilities include directing and leading the team to achieve store objectives such as sales and profit goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Adaptability to various situations, environments, challenges, and schedules is crucial for success.
