Job summary

Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian owned jewelry company, is seeking a Client Ambassador for our Market Mall location in Calgary. You will deliver exceptional customer service, meet monthly sales targets, and help promote brand initiatives in-store.

You will work with store management to maintain visual presentation, support merchandising, and gather customer feedback to inform business decisions, while leveraging your retail experience to drive engagement and sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years retail sales experience.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

What can you expect in this role?

As a Client Ambassador, you will be responsible for upholding the Hillberg & Berk culture and creating an environment that is committed to exceeding client’s expectations with the highest level of client service at all times. You will meet monthly sales targets while partnering with store management to effectively promote brand initiatives to all customers.

As an effective communicator, you will share customer feedback, business trends and recommendations to the Retail Store Management Team. You’ll have a keen eye for merchandising and you’ll provide support to ensure the store maintains visual presentation standards, ensuring the store is replenished at all times.

What do you need to apply?

You will shine in this role with a minimum of two years retail sales experience coupled with excellent communication and time management skills.

Vacancy Type: Existing Hourly Wage Band: $16.05-$16.25

If your experience does not meet or exceeds these role requirements, this wage band may be adjusted accordingly in the event that an employment offer is made.
