Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop your team to drive sales and customer service.
• Ensure high-quality product presentation and store layout through Visual Merchandising.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain Skechers store employees to meet goals.
• Oversee inventory systems, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and day-to-day operations to drive profitability.
• Drive revenue growth through sales management strategies and performance expectations.
• Resolve in-store issues quickly to maintain a seamless customer experience.
