Job summary

Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Barrie, Ontario to support the Management Team in daily operations, lead a team, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and store performance to drive profitability.

You will mentor staff, implement sales initiatives, and ensure a safe, inclusive work environment while upholding Skechers standards. This role requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays, with opportunities
