Qualifications

• 3+ years results-driven retail store management, or industrial management experience.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• High School diploma; post-secondary degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the store and team operations in line with Savers policies and laws.
• Drive sales, donations, expenses and profits to meet targets.
• Lead and develop the management team and store staff through coaching and feedback.
• Ensure excellent customer and donor service and maintain merchandise standards.
• Plan staffing, scheduling and training to support peak performance.
