Value Village Savers is seeking a Store Manager for our Prince Albert, SK location. You will lead store operations, drive sales, oversee donations, and mentor a diverse team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to observe, assess and coach staff.
• Strong judgement and decision-making in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for reporting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store management and team direction.
• Ensure sales, donations, expenses and profits meet targets.
• Model expected behavior and coach performance.
• Develop and execute store programs aligned with Savers values.
• Oversee staffing, training, and operations in all departments.
