Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail management experience
• High school diploma
• Experience/education in visual merchandising
• Strong business acumen
• Proven people development skills
• Strong time management and prioritization
• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to delegate and lead a team inclusively

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the District Supervisor to meet sales and profit budgets.
• Train store team on standards and programs per employee manual.
• Address performance gaps and resolve conflicts with District support.
• Recruit and develop talent, recognize strong performance.
• Perform administrative and operational duties as needed.
• Execute opening and closing procedures per guidelines.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
• Prepare and manage weekly employee schedules.
• Handle customer complaints timely and effectively.
• Fulfill head office requests regarding store operations.
• Process incoming merchandising shipments and returns as required.
