The Role:

We are looking for a Store Manager at our Vaughan Mills location! Join our growing team at JD Sports Canada. The main responsibilities include delivering excellent customer experiences, fostering team growth and development, and ensuring operational excellence through managerial tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and employee performance evaluation.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure the team provides an excellent customer experience through coaching and motivation while driving sales.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by possessing thorough product knowledge.
• Train and develop a team focused on delivering outstanding experiences to our community through coaching and feedback.
• Achieve business results and meet key KPIs.
• Deliver sales, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, and operational standards.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and store leadership.
• Learn and share expertise on products and trends to meet customer needs.
• Stay informed about current and upcoming products and trends.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Support key initiatives in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Proactively grow the business through community outreach.
• Prioritize culture, personal growth, and self-awareness in all actions.
• Provide exceptional experiences consistently, sharing our products with the community.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
• Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Experience supervising, training, and coaching sales associates.
