About The Role

• Responsible for elevating the in-store guest experience by continuously learning, seeking innovation, and prioritizing customer needs in all decisions.
• Demonstrate strong sales leadership by inspiring the team, coaching, and mentoring to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Lead highly visible retail store operations, navigate ambiguity, and build cross-functional relationships.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations and customer experience, gaining leadership alignment.
• Create and share best practices to drive sales and profitability.
• Assess team capabilities and develop training and development plans for career growth.
• Manage store P+L to meet company targets.
• Analyze sales data for forecasting and product mix planning.

About You

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing retail environment.
• At least 3 years of retail store management experience.
• Experience with premium or luxury brands is preferred.
• Motivated team player driven to exceed sales and create innovative customer experiences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Act with integrity, empathy, and respect towards people.
• Experience in delivering presentations and communication to business leaders.
• Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs and stand for up to eight hours.
• Post-secondary degree is preferred but not required.
