The Role

The Store Manager works with the District Supervisor to oversee all store operations, plan & execute strategies to drive sales and profitability. Responsibilities include merchandising, customer service, and team training & development. The Store Manager must adhere to all company policies, demonstrate professionalism and integrity, and create a positive team climate. They monitor performance, address issues promptly, and foster a positive customer and employee experience.

Responsibilities Include
  • Develop and implement strategies with the District Supervisor to meet sales and profit goals.
  • Train store team members on company standards and programs.
  • Address low performance and resolve conflicts with support from the District Supervisor.
  • Recruit, motivate, and recognize team members.
  • Perform administrative and operational duties, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
  • Manage employee schedules.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly.
  • Coordinate with head office on store operations and shipments.
  • Process transactions and manage returns.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years retail management experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in visual merchandising.
  • Strong business acumen and people development skills.
  • Effective time management and stress management skills.
  • Leadership qualities to foster an inclusive team environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods and climb ladders.
  • Lift and handle merchandise up to 30 pounds.
Availability
  • Willingness to work days, evenings, and weekends.

The wage range is $20.65 - $27.48. This description covers core duties; additional responsibilities may be assigned.
