Store Manager - Toronto Outlet

Luxury Leathergoods, Accessories & Apparel

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team within a busy outlet environment, overseeing front of house and back of house operations.
• Inspire and motivate your team, fostering ownership and accountability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of management experience, including floor management, concession management, or store management, preferably with a luxury or premium brand.
• Experience managing a high-volume location in fashion, leather goods, or accessories, with a large team and a focus on client experience.
• Expertise in retail management functions such as P&L management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, shrink management, HR, appraisals, CRM, and payroll administration.
• Salary range: CA$90,000 - CA$105,000 depending on experience.
• Annual and monthly bonus schemes.
• Additional benefits including 401k.
