The Role:

We are seeking a Store Manager for our upcoming Midtown Plaza location in Saskatoon, SK. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a passion for sporting apparel and footwear. The Store Manager will lead all aspects of store operations, including driving sales, maintaining visual standards, and building a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Motivate the sales team to exceed targets weekly and monthly.
2. Continuously improve in-store strategies while adhering to company standards.
3. Foster a community culture through strong customer relationships and service.
4. Set weekly schedules and delegate tasks effectively.
5. Enhance store sales via inventory management, merchandising, and growth opportunities.
6. Oversee end-to-end e-commerce sales, including processing, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
7. Reduce inventory shrinkage through discrepancy investigations and problem-solving.
8. Manage weekly bank deposits and store expenses.
9. Develop talent pipeline and promote from within.
10. Stay informed about new product releases and ensure team awareness.
11. Coordinate with HR to fill all store positions.
12. Train new and promoted staff on their roles.
13. Handle biweekly payroll submissions.
14. Ensure visual presentation standards are met.
15. Host local events and initiatives aligning with company standards.

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:

• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Confidence in making critical business decisions.
• Passion for fashion, sportswear, or footwear.
