What You'll Do:
Leadership
  • Build, guide, train, and develop an engaged team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business results, fostering a positive store culture.
  • Participate in regular meetings and update on store initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to maintain a complete team.
Mentorship
  • Coach and mentor staff for growth.
  • Conduct annual staff evaluations and coaching to address performance gaps.
  • Lead effective meetings and coaching sessions, ensuring the team is well-informed.
Operations
  • Drive process improvements and productivity.
  • Manage store scheduling to support operations.
  • Identify growth opportunities within store operations to meet targets.
  • Oversee store cycle counts and ensure OH&S compliance.
Customer Service
  • Ensure friendly, efficient, and accurate customer service.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to complaints.
  • Merchandise products and displays to maximize sales and profitability.
Do you fit the part?
  • 3-5 years of auto parts retail experience.
  • Ability to lead by example and develop a team.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Results-oriented with a positive team approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and deadline management.
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.

Annual pay ranges from $65K to $85K, based on performance and experience, including base salary and commissions.
