Job Description

Reporting to the Regional Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities as a Store Manager will include but not be limited to :

• Retail Management : Ensure exceptional customer experience and build customer loyalty; Monitor automotive inventory and make recommendations for adjustments;Collaborate with the local marketing team and respond to the specific needs of the site's customers;Carry out transactions related to the sale of used vehicles;Manage the merchandising of the branch (tires, battery, liquids, etc.);
• Production management : Ensure smooth daily operations of the site;Can mean actively participating in site operations;
• Workforce Management : Mobilize and empower your work teams;Conduct interviews and make final hiring decisions;Conduct quarterly performance review meetings with employees;Be responsible for disciplinary actions;Manage work schedules;Identify and develop potential talent to create succession;
• Other : Manage financial and material resources;Ensure the maintenance and management of the building Monitor performance indicators (KPI), develop and implement strategies and action plans to achieve objectivesComplete reports
