Store Manager Real Atlantic Superstore - Quinpool Rd Halifax Nova Scotia!

We’re looking for Talented Passionate Leaders with a proven record of delighting customers and growing sales. As a Manager of our Real Atlantic Superstore located on Quinpool Rd Halifax Nova Scotia, you will have an immediate impact on sales and customer satisfaction.


What you'll do

  1. Anticipate the needs of our customers and put them first in all that you do.
  2. Lead, coach and motivate colleagues to achieve success and foster colleague growth.
  3. Be involved in community initiatives to build long term relationships with the community.
  4. Be committed to maintaining merchandising, operational standards, be accountable for financial objectives and key business KPI's.
  5. Manage the day to day operations of the store.
  6. Provide input to the District Manager to help shape business strategy.
  7. Constantly lookout for industry trends, propose and implement unique ideas.


What you’ll need:

  1. Exceptional customer service skills and a talent for building customer loyalty and community relationships.
  2. Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, engagement and retention.
  3. Experience managing overall store operations within the grocery industry.
  4. Strong financial acumen to deliver outstanding business results.
