Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Hourly Rate: $17.95 - $18.20 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

1. Establish and maintain guest services.
2. Support the Store Manager in overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
3. Develop staff, control expenses, and manage shrinkage.
4. Oversee merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.

Physical Demands:

Exceeding 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
