Job Summary

We are seeking a highly‑motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Super Thrift store. The Manager will be responsible for leading a team of staff and volunteers, managing inventory, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a well‑organized and appealing store environment. This role requires a blend of retail management skills, a heart for our mission, and the ability to work with a diverse group of people, including program participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a team of staff, volunteers, and program participants.
• Store Operations: Oversee all retail functions, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, security, and cleanliness.
• Customer Service: Ensure an excellent customer experience and maintain a positive, Christ‑centered store environment. Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Donation and Inventory Management: Manage the intake, sorting, pricing, and display of donated merchandise to maximize sales and maintain stock levels.
• Financial Oversight: Meet revenue goals to maximize financial support for the addiction program.
• Compliance: Handle administrative duties and scheduling, ensuring compliance with all policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Mission Integration: Serve as a positive role model and integrate the mission of Adult & Teen Challenge into daily store operations.
