Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada (ATCCC) is seeking a Thrift Store Assistant Manager to help run the Super Thrift store day-to-day. You will lead staff, volunteers and students, organize donations, pricing, and displays while ensuring a safe, compliant retail environment that supports addiction treatment initiatives.
The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a heart for service within a faith-based ministry that values mentorship and community impact.

This position requires a deep commitment to the Christian faith, its principles and practices. This position can expect to regularly be praying with other staff clients and supporters. Participating in regular Bible studies and discipleship. Staff should actively seek to live out what we teach our clients and apply this faith in their personal and professional lives. To assist with the day to day management of the Super Thrift store: organization, receiving product by donation, pricing items for retail, structuring of sales floor and managing staff.
Thrift operations play a crucial role in funding ongoing addiction programs by generating revenue that directly supports these initiatives, ensuring their sustainability and reach. Additionally, thrift stores provide valuable work experience to students in recovery, offering a structured, supportive environment where they can develop essential skills, build confidence, and regain a sense of purpose as part of their rehabilitation journey. This dual impact strengthens both the financial foundation of the programs and the personal growth of participants, fostering long-term success.
