Job summary

Paris Jewellers in Calgary seeks a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and drive sales in a jewellery-focused environment. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably jewellery or luxury retail, and a proven ability to deliver results in a measured, sales-driven setting.

You'll be responsible for staffing the store, coaching Brand Ambassadors to hit targets, analyzing data for decisions, and ensuring excellent customer service while working evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail sales experience, jewellery or luxury retail desirable.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a sales-driven and measured environment.
• Ability to build a pipeline of candidates and staff scheduling.
• Strong data summarization to support objective decisions.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

What we look for:

• Ability to ensure that the store is staffed appropriately, according to the established guidelines by being proactive and building a pipeline of potential candidates.
