Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of retail leadership in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Proven management and team leadership skills.
• Strong ability to lead diverse teams and make effective decisions.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations to boost sales, control expenses, minimize shrink and damages, including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Recruit, train, and develop Associates, acting as a role model and supporting succession planning and development plans.
• Communicate and implement TJX Canada programs, procedures, and policies to minimize risk and expenses; review reports, conduct audits, and lead action plans.
• Suggest recommendations on merchandise mix, inventory levels, and customer demographics; provide competitive insights.
