7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an energetic Retail Assistant Manager in Edmonton to join a dynamic management team. The role focuses on leadership, coaching, and customer service excellence while helping drive merchandising and store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to oversee customer service leadership and coaching.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership with the Store Leader and supervise all store employees.
• Train and coach staff to deliver excellent customer service and leadership development.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales and engagement.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and promote loyalty program participation.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and compliance with health and safety procedures.
