Job summary

Fossil Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Halton Hills, ON to partner with the Store Manager in leading a store team and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will help drive results, coach staff, and ensure Fossil’s brand standards are consistently met on the sales floor.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience with leadership exposure, strong communication, and a team-first mindset. Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
• Leadership experience preferred (keyholder, supervisor, or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading, developing, and inspiring store teams.
• Ensure Fossil brand standards and exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach and train associates, and step in as needed when the manager is unavailable.
