Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a retail environment.
• 12-24 months in a leadership role.
• Fundamental computer skills are an asset.
• Passion for automotive or automotive enthusiasts.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts aftermarket industry.
• Knowledge of automotive operating systems including point of sale.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to coach and develop store and management teams.
• Ensure execution of corporate standards for store appearance, pricing, and compliance.
• Support the commercial sales team with customer service excellence.
• Develop and implement recruitment and hiring strategies for the store.
