Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support driving sales and delivering exceptional in-store experiences in Toronto. You will lead store operations, coach associates, and ensure excellent customer service with strong product knowledge.

You will be part of a team that emphasizes growth, values and operational excellence while maintaining safety and brand standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer-first mindset in a retail environment.
• Proven sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced store.
• Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and adaptability.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Availability for peak days and varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Education: High school diploma, GED or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in company values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including deposits and shipments and disseminate directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, demonstrations, and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety and store appearance; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain our values, policies and procedures.
