Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• 2+ years in a manager role, preferably retail.
• Customer-focused selling culture and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent including the store leadership team.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations, results goals, and accountability.
• Own leadership tasks to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with the SLT to support action plans and effective execution.
• Lead floorset direction to bring product stories to life.
• Open and close routines including bank deposits, shipments, and directives.
• Set direction for the day/shift and provide feedback to teams.
• Meet payroll targets with appropriate sales floor coverage.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Maintain safety standards and uphold company policies.
