Job summary

Bath Depot in Mississauga is seeking a 3rd Key Holder to join our team. You will supervise daily store operations, support the Store Manager, and help drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of retail or team leadership experience, strong communication, and a can-do attitude. You’ll mentor teammates, assist with training, and contribute to merchandising and store policies.

Daily Responsibilities

Experience

To Succeed in This Role, You Will:

• Supervise, motivate, and support the in-store team
• Maintain high standards of customer service and deliver an outstanding shopping experience
• Encourage team members to achieve their goals
• Reach sales goals, including SPH (Sales Per Hour) and DPT (Dollars Per Transaction)
• Review sales reports and adapt strategies accordingly
• Build long-term relationships with both employees and customers
• Support onboarding of new staff
• Provide consistent follow-up with customers
• Handle store opening and closing procedures as needed
• Promote and ensure effective visual merchandising
• Apply company policies and procedures
• Manage inventory according to established processes
• Perform any other related tasks
