H&M Group Canada is seeking a Store Manager to own store performance and deliver outstanding customer experiences in Montreal. You’ll lead a team of managers, visual merchandisers and sales advisors to drive sales, profitability and operational excellence while upholding the brand’s service standards.

In this role you’ll recruit, onboard and develop talent, interpret sales data to improve performance, and ensure compliance across store operations.

• Drive exceptional customer service by guiding the team to deliver personalized styling advice and memorable in-store experiences
• Interpret sales data to drive performance and take ownership of commercial success
• Inspire and lead managers, visual merchandisers, and sales advisors to exceed service and operational standards
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for new team members
• Identify high-potential individuals and create development plans for career growth
• Oversee store operations including compliance and visual merchandising for efficiency and standards
