• Previous sales experience

Responsibilities

• Advise customers to maximize sales potential and guide them to the right products
• Open and close the store under supervision of the management team
• Provide warm welcome to customers and answer questions about products
• Explain product materials, quality, and features and suggest alternatives
• Be available in fitting rooms and assist customers with fittings
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and support the team as needed
• Maintain a clean, well-organized sales floor and back area
• Process transactions at the register and follow store policies
