Qualifications

• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff as manager on duty to meet sales, service, and operational goals.
• Communicate priorities and sales driving information to staff to maximize business.
• Assist in recruiting store staff and promote an inclusive store environment.
• Use store reports to identify opportunities and drive business decisions.
• Train store staff on customer service expectations to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Ensure the store is visually set to brand standards and marketing initiatives.
