Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff to achieve sales, service and operational expectations when assigned as the manager on duty.
• Communicate priorities and sales driving information to ensure staff are equipped to maximize business.
• Assist in recruiting store staff and contribute to an inclusive store environment.
• Provide enthusiastic motivational leadership and serve as a role model to store team members.
• Conduct regular store meetings to keep staff up to date with company directives.
• Ensure customer experience aligns with brand standards and drives Net Promoter Score.
