Job summary

Bumper to Bumper Canada is seeking an Inventory Clerk for our Newmarket, Ontario location. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and experienced in the automotive aftermarket parts industry, ready to support daily warehouse operations and customer service.

You will handle stock reception, inventory accuracy, order preparation, and cycle counts, while promoting a safe, efficient work environment and providing training to fellow team members.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics, warehousing or similar experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock (pick, unload, label, store).
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure orders are picked, packed, shipped, received or put away timely.
• Complete posting and receiving documentation.
• Process cores and warranty products.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup.
• Keep a clean, safe workspace and optimize space usage.
• Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Follow quality service standards and procedures.

Your Daily Contribution & Impact

• Receive and process incoming stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Responsible for accurate product inventory of warehouse by ensuring orders are picked, packed, shipped, received and/or put away accurately and in a timely manner
• Completes all necessary posting and receiving documentation
• Process cores and warranty products
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Supports training other warehouse team members
• Operate systems/equipment in an efficient manner to receive, maintain and ship inventory
• Participate in cycle count programs and annual physical inventory
• Maintain the “Never Say No” attitude/mantra and be the Ambassador for the Bumper to Bumper Brand
• Carry out other store support related duties including delivery driving and/or customer service as required

Expertise & Essential Skills

• 1 year experience in logistics, warehousing or similar
